VIEW PROJECT UPDATE ONLINE

As we approach Spring, the team at King's Leigh are delighted to provide you with the latest project update on works and construction within our community.
 
Stage 9a, 9b and 10 streetscapes are now complete, while electrical services are underway in both Stage 9C and Stage 14.
 
Due to the inclement weather over the last few months, our landscape contractor has had a backlog of projects requiring completion prior to commencing the People’s Park. These projects are nearing completion, and the contractor has placed the order of playground equipment which is arriving from Europe with a 20-week lead time. 
 
With the installation of temporary fencing, park works due to commence in September and the current forecast completion is now March 2020.
 
Dacland is also engaging with Bromley & Co to co-ordinate the purpose-built art structures and play spaces that will be incorporated into the parkland. 

Please be assured that we are continuously working towards delivering the People's Park as quickly and safely as possible. We apologise for this delay and will endeavour to update purchasers as further progress is made.
